Peanut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or oleo
    2 (1 oz. each) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped Spanish peanuts or other nuts
Preparation
    Place oleo and chocolate in glass mixing bowl.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until softened, stirring once.
    Stir until melted.
    Blend in sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spread in an 8-inch square glass baking dish, greased on bottom only.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until no longer doughy, rotating dish 3 or 4 times.
    Remove plastic.
    Cool and cut into bars.
    Makes about 24 bars, 75 calories each.
