Quilting Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small container whipped topping
3 Tbsp. coconut (optional)

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water and let partially jell.
Add the next 4 ingredients and let congeal until firm.
