Graham Cracker Quickies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole graham crackers
    2 Tbsp. evaporated skimmed milk
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    2 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Separate graham crackers into fourths, dividing along lines. Place in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Combine milk, brown sugar and margarine in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in wheat germ, coconut and cinnamon.
    Spread evenly over graham crackers.
    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden.
    Cool completely.
