Carrot, Raisin And Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Soak carrots in ice water for 1 hour; drain and grate coarsely. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Mix lightly. Add sour cream and toss.
