Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. good vanilla ice cream
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Make 5 or 6 balls of ice cream and roll in chopped pecans to completely cover.
    Wrap each ball for freezing.
    Freeze and store. Serve with Hot Fudge Sauce or Caramel Sauce.
