Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine melted
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    powdered sugar
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar; add butter and pecans, mixing well. Spoon into 9-inch square baking pan. Press into pan evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
