Easy Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 envelope Rapid Rise Yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 egg
3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Set aside. Heat butter, milk and water until warm (120 to 130 degrees). Add milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir well. Add eggs and 1/2 c. flour, stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir well until stiff dough forms. Shape dough into 12 equal balls, place in greased muffin cups. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from muffin cups and cool on wire rack.
