Philly Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (of your choice)
Preparation
    Place cheese in bowl; cream until soft and smooth.
    Slowly blend the sugar into cheese.
    Add melted chocolate; mix well.
    Add vanilla, salt and nuts.
    Mix until well blended.
    Press into a well-greased, shallow pan.
    Place in the fridge until firm and cut into 1-inch squares.
    Store covered in fridge.
