Shrimp Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope gelatin in
    1/2 c. water
    2 cans drained crabmeat or 1/2 lb. cooked, diced shrimp
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. scallions
    1/4 c. celery
    shrimp for garnish
Preparation
    Heat mushroom or celery soup with cream cheese; stir until smooth.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.
    Add to soup mixture and stir.
    Add crabmeat or shrimp, mayo, scallions and celery.
    Put in mold.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Garnish with shrimp.
