Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in slices
1 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 box Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
4 medium carrots, sliced
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown oil, sausage and onion in electric skillet approximately 5 minutes.
Add water, au gratin potatoes and carrots.
Mix and simmer until carrots are done, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Add broccoli and cheese to casserole.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
