Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. white flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. soy flour (or increase whole wheat)
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk, oil and egg; soak oatmeal in liquids.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to liquids; stir just to mix. Fold in blueberries.
    Spoon into 18 average size muffin cups, greased or sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
