Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground meat
1 medium green chopped pepper
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1 can golden corn soup
1 can biscuits (5)
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook beef, pepper and onion until brown.
Drain off fat.
Add taco seasoning and water. Stir in soup.
Pour into 2 to 3-quart dish. Bake 10 minutes. Cut biscuits in half.
Place, cut side down, over hot mixture in spoke fashion around edge.
Bake with cheese on top for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
