1 pkg. Oreo cookies (20 oz. double stuff)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. or more Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 pkg. chocolate pudding (4 oz. instant)
1 stick margarine, melted
