Tuna Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water-packed tuna
    2 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolve in 1/2 c. water)
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Add flour and stir to make a roux.
    Add milk slowly while stirring.
    Add bouillon broth. Break up tuna and add to soup.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Serve with ground pepper on top.
    Makes 6 servings.
