Turkey Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

turkey carcass
1/2 tsp. salt
2 stalks celery with leaves
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/3 c. rice
2 qt. water
1/4 tsp. parsley
2 sliced medium onions
1 chicken bouillon cube
4 sliced carrots
1 can creamed corn
Preparation

Cook carcass, remove meat; add the rest.
Cook 20 minutes or until done.
