Cindy'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, deboned
    1 stick oleo
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. broth from chicken
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    crushed cracker crumbs
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Tear chicken into pieces.
    Melt oleo in stewer or skillet. Add flour and brown.
    Add soup, broth and Cheddar cheese; cook. Melt 1/2 stick oleo in casserole dish.
    Add cracker crumbs.
    Place chicken on top of crumbs and pour sauce mixture on chicken and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
