Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, peeled, cubed, cooked and drained
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well; save part of cheese.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
