Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg white and water to a froth.
Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Dip pecans in egg white.
Shake in a plastic bag with sugar mixture.
Place in a shallow pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
