Cornbake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can whole corn
    1 can creamed corn
    3 eggs
    1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
    In separate bowl, mix together corn, eggs and muffin mix.
    Add sauteed vegetables. Put in 2-quart casserole and top with sour cream which has been mixed with cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
