Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large (2 lb.) squash
    1 egg
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    10 crushed crackers (Ritz or saltine)
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain; add all ingredients.
    Pour into greased, shallow Pyrex dish; top with additional cheese and crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
