Grandma Huber'S Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Velveeta
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Brown ground beef.
    Cook rice.
    Mix meat, rice and vegetables together.
    Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Put 1/2 of mixture in 9-inch pan.
    Cover with Velveeta slices.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
