Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can/bottle beer, at room temperature
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour or 3 c. all-purpose flour with 6 tsp. baking powder and pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in greased loaf pan in 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted tester comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool at least 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
