Chicken Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. 1/4-inch thick zucchini slices
    2 c. cut up chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange zucchini slices in 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
    Top with chicken.
    Mix soup, milk and nutmeg.
    Spread over chicken.
    Mix baking mix, cheese and egg until crumbly. Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
