Nelda'S Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket, well trimmed
    1 can beef consomme
    4 oz. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    garlic
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour over brisket.
    Marinate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound.
    Can use a cooking bag and cut down on cooking time and clean up.
