Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. shortening
    10 Tbsp. water (cold)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut in shortening, then add water, vinegar, eggs and sugar.
    Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
    This is enough mix to make 3 (8-inch) double crust pies.
