Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. poppy seed (optional)
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Cut up chicken into small chunks in oblong casserole dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Pour soup mixture over chicken.
    Crunch up Ritz crackers and put on top of chicken. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour on top of crackers.
    Sprinkle poppy seed on top.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
