Peach Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine brown sugar and 1/2 stick margarine; melt, stirring to combine.
Spread on bottom of 9-inch round cake pan.
Arrange peaches over brown sugar.
