Mocha Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. (2 c.) vanilla ice cream, softened
    1/4 c. cold strong coffee
    1 Tbsp. chocolate-flavored syrup
    1/2 c. crushed ice
    1 oz. chocolate shavings (if desired)
Preparation
    In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine ice cream, coffee, chocolate syrup and crushed ice. Cover.
    Blend until of desired consistency.
    Pour into glasses. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
