Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Fritos (large)
1 large can chili
1/2 onion, chopped
1 chopped hot pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. beef broth or bouillon
Worcestershire (add to bouillon)
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
Preparation

Line a dish with 1/2 package of Fritos.
In skillet, heat a cup of water with salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire. Crumble the ground beef and cook until brown.
Put 1/2 of beef over Fritos.
Add 1/2 of cheese and pepper.
Add rest of Fritos. Then add rest of beef over Fritos and onions.
Add cup of broth over top.
Heat chili and put over all of top.
If you like, you may add cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted or browned lightly.
