Salmon Loaf(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk or salmon liquid
Preparation
    Mix salmon, crumbs, salt, pepper and butter; combine and add egg and milk or salmon liquid.
    Put in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
