Fudge Krispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Rice Krispies
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    6 oz. butterscotch morsels
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Slowly heat butterscotch and peanut butter until well blended. Stir in cereal until coated.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill. Heat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour on top of chilled mixture.
    Chill, then cut.
