Hominy Grits Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooked hominy grits
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    325\u00b0.
    Bring\tgrits,\t3 cups milk and salt to a
    boil; then add eggs and 3/4 cup milk and cook until thickened.\tStir
    in cheese and butter and blend well and bake in a buttered baking dish for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serve hot.
