Family-Size Tuna Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 c. milk
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. sweet relish
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms.
    Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
    Turn onto surface floured with baking mix.
    Knead 10 times.
    Pat into rectangle, 12 x 8-inches, on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes.
