Salmon And Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. salmon roast or 1 lb. canned salmon
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. (one 8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, mashed
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Remove the bones from salmon, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape into a ball or log.
Refrigerate.
