Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens
    2 c. rice (not instant)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans hot water
Preparation
    Cut up chicken into serving pieces.
    Put rice, soup and water in 14-inch Dutch oven.
    Stir.
    Place chicken over top of mixture. Cover.
    Cook
    1 1/2 hours with12 coals on top and 10 coals\ton the
    bottom.
    Replenish coals as needed to maintain even baking temperature.
