Frosted Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light molasses
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 Tbsp. ginger
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir together first 5 ingredients.
    Add spices and then add about 6 cups of flour.
    Make dough about as thick as you would for cookies that you are going to cut out.
    Add raisins, nuts or whatever you like.
    Spread in pans and bake at 350\u00b0.
