Open-Face Strawberry Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. whipped cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lo-cal strawberry spread (16 calories per 2 tsp.), melted
    2 slices lo-cal pumpernickel bread (40 calories per slice)
Preparation
    In bowl, combine cream cheese and strawberry spread.
    Mix well. Divide and spread on bread.
    Cut into 4 triangles.
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
    Serves 2. Contains 116 calories, 6 gm fat and 165 mg sodium.
