Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 small cucumber, cut fine
    1 small onion, minced
    1 small green pepper
    1 can corned beef, crumbled
    1 1/2 tsp. creamed horseradish
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour half and half
Preparation
    Combine jello and hot water. Dissolve jello.
    Cool until almost firm. Add all other ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
