Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dried bread
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's tomato soup or tomato juice
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    generous dash of pepper
    2 slices processed cheese
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix ground beef, crumbs, 1/2 cup soup or 3/4 cup tomato juice, onions, egg and seasoning.
    Shape firmly into 2 loaves.
    Pour remaining soup over the loaves.
    Put cheese on the loaves about 5 minutes before the loaves are done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
