Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 oz. red food color
Preparation
    Make a paste of
    coloring
    and\tcocoa.\tMix butter with sugar. Cream until light.
    Add
    eggs
    and beat 1 minute.\tAdd coloring and cocoa to
    mixture
    with
    salt.\tPut
    vanilla
    in buttermilk. Put vinegar and soda
    in
    a cup; mix with buttermilk.
    Add to mixture with flour,
    sifted
    3 times.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) layer pans 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
