String Beans Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans
    1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
    Add beans.
    Stir and return to water to a boil.
    Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain immediately and rinse well with cold water.
    Drain again.
    Place in a large serving bowl and toss with red pepper and onion.
