Crustless Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cushaw
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tall can Pet milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Blend all together well.
    Spray glass pie plate with Pam. Pour filling into plates and bake at 375\u00b0 until a table knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
