Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box confectioners sugar
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg together until a dough-like consistency is reached.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sugar, 2 eggs, cream cheese and vanilla with electric mixer and pour over dough base.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
