Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 c. raw onions, sliced
1 c. raw carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. raw rice
Preparation

Partially cook sausage and drain into 2-quart casserole.
Put layers of potatoes, carrots, onions, sausage, rice and the tomatoes with the juice.
Combine seasonings and sprinkle over top.
Cover casserole.
Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
