Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

30 crushed graham crackers
1/4 lb. margarine
1 large box lemon jello
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie mix
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers and melted margarine.
Mix 1 package lemon jello with hot water in separate bowl.
Set until congealed to coat a spoon.
Mix 1 cup sugar with 8 ounce package cream cheese and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Add cream cheese to jello mixture.
Fold 9 ounces Cool Whip into sugar, cream cheese and jello mixture. Pour into pan and let set awhile. Top with cherry pie mix.
