Pickled Mandarin Oranges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 small cans mandarin oranges
    3 cinnamon sticks
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Drain juice from oranges.
    Bring to boil with spices in saucepan.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add oranges and heat.
    Can be stored in refrigerator or sealed in small canning jars.
