Beth'S Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and place in a 6 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix the brown sugar, flour, shortening, oatmeal and butter together.
    Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve with milk or cream.
