Coconut Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    14 oz. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed.
    Spoon into 18 paper-lined muffin cups.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Remove paper liners.
    Spread Cool Whip on bottom and sides of cupcakes.
    Press coconut into whipped topping.
    Place cupcakes, top sides down, on serving plate.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 18 snowballs.
