Chili Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 or 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles, drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook rice with salt (no butter); mix with celery soup and sour cream.
    Put half of this into a buttered casserole dish.
    Spread half the green chiles and cheese on top.
    Repeat the layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese is bubbly.
    This is really better served the second day, reheated!
