Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package fresh spinach
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 zucchini, sliced
    1 cup salad oil
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach, wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear into pieces. Combine spinach, eggs, zucchini, and bacon in a
    large bowl. Combine salad oil, sugar, mustard, onion, and salt in electric blender. Blend well, remove lid of container and slowly add vinegar while blender is running. Toss spinach with dressing until well coated. A few fresh strawberries in season add to this salad. Just slice and put on top.
